A Life Rooted in Healing & Exploration

For over a decade, my journey has been shaped by a deep curiosity: What does it truly mean to be human? How do we integrate spiritual practice, relational intimacy, and embodied presence in the world? How do we reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been lost, forgotten, or hidden in the shadows?

I do not see healing as something that can be given or done to someone. Healing is a space we enter together—a process we awaken within each other. When we listen deeply to the body, we do not just meet the individual; we meet the unseen forces that shape them—ancestral echoes, cultural imprints, and the wisdom of something greater than ourselves. In my work, I honor not only the people I support but also the visible and invisible forces that move through them, as well as my own.

I was born in Mexico City and moved to Germany at the age of six, carrying within me two worlds—Mexican and German ancestry, rich with both wounds and wisdom.

My approach is deeply trauma-informed, intuitive, and integrative, blending:
Somatic wisdom—the body as a gateway to healing
Mindfulness and meditation—a return to presence
Ancestral and intergenerational healing—honoring what came before us
Non-western and indigenous approaches—reconnecting with ancient ways of knowing

As a descendant of Mexican and German ancestry, I am passionate about the intergenerational, cross-cultural trauma and healing processes of the global majority around the world.

My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and based on attachment, relationship, and developmental trauma with systemic mindfulness. I love integrating the wisdom of somatic, meditation, and non-western approaches.

I Give Thanks

I walk this path with deep reverence for all those who have come before me, for the seen and unseen forces that shape my journey, and for the wisdom carried in my lineage.

I honor my Mexican and German ancestry, the resilience, strength, and stories passed down through generations.

To my ancestors—healers, storytellers, dreamers, and warriors—thank you for the gifts you have left behind, for the lessons woven into my being, and for the whispers of guidance that still find me today.

To my mother and grandmothers, your strength, resilience, and wisdom live within me. You have shown me what it means to persevere, to transform, and to love fiercely. Through you, I have learned the power of healing, the depth of devotion, and the courage to walk my own path. Thank you for all that you have carried and all that you have passed on.

To my father, your love for life, the universe, and art continues to inspire me. Your curiosity, creativity, and deep connection to the world have shaped the way I see and experience life. Through you, I have learned to embrace beauty, seek meaning, and honor the endless possibilities that exist within and around us.

To my brothers, and extended family, I am grateful for the ways you have shaped me, challenged me, and supported my unfolding.

To my children and life partner, you are my greatest teachers, showing me daily how to surrender, soften, and love more deeply.

To my teachers and mentors, including Thomas Hübl, Doris Rothbauer, Heike Gattnar, Dustin diPerna, and many others who have influenced my path—thank you for sharing your wisdom, for holding space for my own growth, and for showing me how to do the same for others.

To my clients and community, I bow to your trust, your courage, and the sacred work we do together. Your willingness to show up, to heal, to remember, and to reclaim your truth is a gift I am honored to witness.

I extend my gratitude to the lands that have held me—from the soil of my birthplace in Mexico to the places I have called home. To the forests, rivers, mountains, and oceans, to the elements and directions, and to all that continues to teach me, even in silence.

May we continue to listen. May we continue to heal. May we continue to remember.
