I would like to welcome you. For nearly 12 years I have been helping individuals work through some of life’s most difficult challenges.
As a somatic educator for women, trauma-informed professional, palliative care nurse with a deep and connected understanding of mind-body and ancestral healing. I use a holistic approach that is informed by many years of living in the western world, as well as my indigenous roots which inform my coaching sessions and provides for a greater mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
